FAQ
What is BibaVPN?
BibaVPN is a self-hosted TLS+WebSocket tunnel with SOCKS5/HTTP CONNECT, traffic shaping, HTTP camouflage, encrypted invite links, and Android/Desktop clients. This website is the account portal for registration, tunnel access, documentation, and downloads.
Who is this portal for?
Registered users who need portal access to receive tunnel credentials, manage subscription time, and download matching client builds from the same release line as the server.
How do I get started?
- Register for a portal account (when registration is open).
- Install a client from Download or GitHub Releases.
- Follow Client setup to connect with your invite URI and passphrase.
For self-hosting your own server, see Server setup.
Which clients are supported?
Android, desktop (Windows/macOS/Linux), and CLI clients. Local apps can use SOCKS5 or HTTP CONNECT. See Client setup.
Where is the source code?
Is BibaVPN a replacement for WireGuard or OpenVPN?
No. BibaVPN targets a different design: TLS+WebSocket transport, HTTP camouflage, and invite-based onboarding. See Security for the threat model.
How do I report a security issue?
Follow SECURITY.md in the repository. Do not post exploit details in public support channels.
